At PaganiChrono, we want you to be completely satisfied with your watch. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent refund policy to assist you in the best possible way.
1. Refund for Change of Mind
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the watch must:

Be in perfect condition

Show no signs of use

Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals
How to request:

Send an email to paganichrono@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and a short description of the reason for your return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label to return the product at no additional cost.
2. Refund for Manufacturing Defects
If your watch has a manufacturing defect, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. All PaganiChrono models come with a 12-month warranty.
How to request:

Email paganichrono@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue, including photos or video if possible.

The product will undergo a quality check. If the defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed according to the original payment method:

Credit Card: The refund will be sent to your card provider within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

Bank Transfer (Boleto): The refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account you provide, within 7 business days after inspection.

Pix: Refunds will be sent to the Pix key used at the time of purchase, also within 7 business days. Bank details must match the buyer’s registered information.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind or Manufacturing Defect: Return shipping is covered by PaganiChrono. A prepaid return label will be provided.

Returns After 7-Day Window: For returns requested after the 7-day period, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Return Packaging
We recommend using the original packaging to protect the watch during return shipping. If the original packaging is not available, use a sturdy box that offers proper protection.
