PaganiChrono acts as the official reseller of Pagani Design watches in the Netherlands and Belgium. We offer a direct shopping experience with products shipped straight from the manufacturers' facilities to your address. This policy outlines the terms, delivery times, costs, and responsibilities related to the shipment of products purchased on our website.
Product Origin and Shipping
All watches available on our website are shipped directly from our Pagani Design manufacturers located in countries such as the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Brazil, and China. Shipping may be national or international, depending on model availability, and follows all necessary logistics procedures to ensure safe delivery to your door.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping: The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days after the order has been dispatched. This is an average estimate and may vary due to external factors such as postal delays, customs procedures, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of PaganiChrono.
Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days, during which your product is inspected and prepared for shipment. The delivery time begins once the product has been dispatched.
During peak seasons or customs delays, delivery times may be extended.
Order Tracking
All orders shipped by PaganiChrono include a track & trace code, which will be emailed to the address provided during checkout within 3 business days of confirmation. This code allows you to track the progress of your package from origin to delivery.
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are handled by standard postal services such as PostNL, Bpost, or an international logistics partner. In some cases (e.g. recipient not home, restricted delivery areas, etc.), a notice may be left with instructions to collect the package at the nearest post office.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking code. This may occur due to varying production or dispatch times.
Important Information
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. After 24 hours, the address can no longer be modified as the order will already be in processing.
Cancellations are also not possible after 24 hours. If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the item is returned, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. If delivery fails, the item will be held at the local post office for a limited time. If not collected, it will be returned to the sender. A new delivery period will begin from the moment the reshipment is confirmed.
Liability for Damage or Loss
Damage to watches during transport is a shared responsibility between the postal service and PaganiChrono. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and take appropriate action. In case of loss, we will follow standard tracing procedures and, if necessary, resend the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Customs Fees and Import Formalities
For international orders, customs procedures or import duties may apply. PaganiChrono covers all customs fees. If you are charged any additional fees, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Reshipment and New Delivery Times
If a reshipment is needed (e.g. due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, etc.), a new delivery time will apply starting from the date the reshipment is confirmed. This new period follows the same delivery conditions as the original order.
